An exciting opportunity with Philippine’s leading telecommunications company. We’re looking for a accomplished driven, proactive, and organized Brand Manager who will be responsible for the Globe AT HOME postpaid portfolio We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Brand Portfolio Manager to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of brands within our organization.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in brand management, cross-functional leadership, and portfolio strategy development. You will be responsible for shaping the overarching brand architecture, ensuring brand consistency, identifying growth opportunities, and driving market differentiation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the success of the Globe

At HOME postpaid portfolio by developing creative, innovative, and future-forward marketing strategies and innovations that address customer’s needs Analyze and develop and implement brand portfolio strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive market share, equity, and profitability Define the positioning and end-to-end go-to-market strategy, while managing impactful, engaging, and innovative product and offer launches that are synced with business and revenue goals and ensuring relevance in the market Define and evolve brand architecture, positioning, and messaging to ensure coherence and clarity across the entire portfolio Leverage deep market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy and innovation roadmaps Identify whitespace opportunities, new product development ideas, and brand extension possibilities to accelerate growth.

Partner closely with product, sales, creative, digital, and operations teams to bring brand strategies to life. Set KPIs and performance benchmarks; monitor and analyze brand health, campaign effectiveness, and ROI across the portfolio

Present brand strategies and performance updates to senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams with confidence and clarity. Essential Experiences: Proven experience managing multiple brands or product lines within a complex, multi-channel organization.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior and insighting, product marketing and strategy, business casing IMC, market trends, and competitive landscape. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive cross-functional alignment.
