Finance and Accounting Supervisor

The Finance and Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily finance and accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient business processes. The role includes supervising accounting activities, monitoring financial transactions, supporting tax and audit requirements, and guiding the team in achieving operational and financial goals.

• Supervise daily finance and accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reports.
• Review monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for management reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and other required financial reports.
• Monitor general ledger transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records and account balances.
• Analyze financial data and recommend improvements to support business performance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related concerns and reporting requirements.
• Assist during internal and external audits by preparing necessary reports and supporting documents.
• Monitor bank reconciliations, cash flow activities, and financial transactions to ensure proper recording.
• Participate in inventory count activities and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Monitor renewal of permits, licenses, and other government compliance requirements.
• Lead and guide team members to maintain productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the department.
• Work closely with the Finance and Accounting Manager in implementing process improvements and finance-related projects.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
• Experience in finance and accounting operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting processes, and taxation
• Knowledgeable in general ledger management, month-end closing, and financial analysis
• Experience in handling audits and government compliance requirements is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP or similar accounting systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with good analytical abilities
• Able to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City
