What is your mission?

This role is ideal for a strategic finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Serve as the primary finance point of contact for P&L reporting, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and improve business unit financial performance.
• Lead financial review meetings, analyze results, and develop action plans to exceed targets.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Leverage Oracle EPM, Tableau, and Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and tools.
• Mentor and guide finance team members on analysis and reporting best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required (MBA preferred but not required)
• 6–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance roles
• Proven track record in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Experience in business partnering with senior leadership
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial systems in international organizations
• Skilled in negotiating vendor and service contracts
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Oracle EPM and Tableau
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
