• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

• Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and support as needed.

• 5-10 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the SEA market and customer dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
