Facilities Technician
Reporting to: Facilities Manager

As a Facilities Technician and a key member of the A-team, your expertise plays a critical role in the successful execution of this project. Your hands-on skills and technical knowledge directly contribute to the smooth transition, setup, and functionality of the work environment.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Carpet Removal & Installation: Safely removing existing carpet and installing new flooring materials according to project specifications.
- Workstation Power & Data Disconnection: Carefully dismantling existing data and electrical connections from workstations, ensuring minimal disruption and safe handling of all components.
- Workstation Installation & Assembly: Assembling, positioning, and securing new workstations as per layout plans, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic alignment.
- Power & Data Layout: Designing and implementing new layouts for power and data connections to support the reconfigured workspace, maintaining compliance with building codes and IT infrastructure requirements.
Your attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality ensure that the work environment is not only functional but also efficient and ready for immediate use. Your role is vital to the overall success of the project and reflects the standard of excellence the A-team is known for.
