Warehouse Account Coordinator [Project-based]

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned warehouse client accounts and address operational concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with clients on inbound deliveries, outbound schedules, inventory updates, and service level expectations.
- Ensure full implementation and monitoring of client SLAs, service requirements, and operational standards.
- Provide timely, professional responses to client inquiries, requests, and escalations.
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate system transactions and documentation at all times.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory activities, and investigate variances to recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports; submit required documents to management and clients on time.
- Coordinate billing-related documents and validate operational charges based on client agreements.
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, turnaround time, and productivity.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall service quality.
