- Ensure that all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet project schedules and deadlines.
- Coordinate with project engineer on site requirements and updates.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with standards.
- Identify and resolve on- site issues, delays, or conflicts in a timely manner.
- With relevant experience in construction projects.
Able to read and interpret blueprints, plans and technical drawings
With good communications and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to work.
