Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design compelling and intuitive user interfaces (UI) for our pop culture merchandise products, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and user experience (UX) principles;
• Develop visual assets, icons, illustrations, and imagery that enhance the product's usability and aesthetic appeal;
• Collaborate with Special Project Manager to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals;
• Ensure all product designs align with and reinforce the overall company brand identity;
• Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user interface and visual communication challenges;
• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices in graphic design, UI design, and product design

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with animation or motion graphics for UI;
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS) to understand technical constraints;
• Experience in [specific industry of your product, e.g., e-commerce, SaaS;
• Experience with user research or usability testing;
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a demonstrable focus on product design (UI/UX for digital products, or visual design for physical products);
• A strong portfolio showcasing your product-focused graphic design work, including UI designs, visual systems, and creative problem-solving;
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
