Accounting Assistant (Cashier) - Manila

About the role

As an Accounting Assistant (Cashier) at Horizon Auto Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

1. Handling all cash transactions, including processing payments, making deposits, and reconciling cash registers
2. Entering financial data accurately into the company's accounting software
3. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
4. Providing excellent customer service to clients and handling inquiries related to financial matters
5. Supporting the Accounting team in various administrative tasks as needed

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar accounting assistant or cashier role
2. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
3. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
6. Knowledge of bookkeeping and small practice accounting principles
