Position Summary
We are seeking a meticulous, dependable, and process-driven Data Entry & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our remote team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across our operational and clinical systems.The ideal candidate excels at entering, checking, and maintaining large volumes of data and is passionate about maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance. They are also comfortable handling repetitive tasks and take pride in supporting accurate and timely reporting that drives decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter and update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and EMR/CRM tools
- Conduct routine data audits to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
- Maintain documentation of quality checks and follow up on data-related issues with relevant teams
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely and accurate submission of data for reporting and compliance purposes
- Pull data from various systems to support recurring reports and performance scorecards, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Ensure the confidentiality, security, and compliance of sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
- Maintain focus and accuracy while completing high-volume and repetitive data tasks
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a STEM field (e.g., Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Health Information, Business, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry or quality assurance, ideally in a healthcare, education, or service-related setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, filters, basic data validation)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in completing tasks
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus and quality over time
Working Hours
This is a full-time remote role. Candidates must be available to align with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
