About the role
Join the dynamic team at GULLIVER INTEGRATED OUTSOURCING, INC.' as a Logistics Staff. This full-time position is based in Makati City Metro Manila and will play a vital role in supporting the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.
What you'll be doing- Receive, inspect and process incoming goods and materials
- Accurately store and locate inventory as per established procedures
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing shipments with attention to detail
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate records
- Ensure the cleanliness, safety and organisation of the warehouse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise logistics operations
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Candidate must be a college graduate (graduates of 2-year vocational or associate courses and fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Demonstrates strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibits excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to perform effectively and stay composed under pressure.
- Values diversity, inclusivity, and professional integrity.
- Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics operations is an advantage but not required.
