About the role
VALEROS VELASCO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Alabang location.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to customers across various channels. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships whilst resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns
- Process customer requests, including orders, refunds, returns and account modifications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions with patience and clarity
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to management
- Follow company policies, procedures and quality standards consistently
- Contribute to achieving team targets and performance metrics
- Remain calm and professional when handling difficult or upset customers
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly
- Strong listening skills and empathy for customer needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on finding practical solutions
- Proficiency with computer systems and typing skills
- Patience and composure when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Team player mentality with willingness to collaborate with colleagues
- Reliability and commitment to meeting performance standards
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates
- Familiarity with customer service software or call centre systems is a plus
