Marketing Manager
About the role
As the Marketing Manager at The Italian Food Specialists, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving the growth of our thriving food business. Based in our Mandaue City Cebu office, this full-time position will see you lead a talented team in executing impactful marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and reach new customers within the trade marketing landscape.
What you'll be doing- Strategize development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic
- Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
- Creating and engaging informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
- Undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets
- Increasing brand awareness and market share
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to Sales priorities and revenue targets.
- Own end-to-end campaign performance, including audience targeting, messaging, budgeting, launch planning, and post-campaign analysis
- Collaborate with Sales to identify high-value customer segments, refine lead qualification criteria, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline influenced, and campaign ROI; adjust tactics based on results.
- Lead continuous improvement by testing new approaches, documenting learnings, and scaling what works.
- Perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business
- Actively seek out sales opportunities through marketing collaterals
- Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or trade marketing role within the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision-making
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team
- Proven experience in managing a team of 1-2 people
- Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including social media, SEO, and content creation
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree qualification required
