Customer Service Representative – Luxury Bridal & Fashion

We’re looking for a personable and highly organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our bridal and fashion clients. This client-facing requires strong communication skills, confidence on video calls, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

You'll manage enquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and oversee our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure a seamless, luxury experience for every client.

What You’ll Do:

• Host warm and professional introductory video calls
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Manage client appointments and timelines
• Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM
• Coordinate with design and production teams
• Support feedback and service enhancement efforts

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury, bridal, or fashion customer service
• Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• CRM-savvy (preferably HubSpot)
• Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Passionate about luxury fashion and client care
