As (Finance) Data Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data within Finance Data Warehouse. You will be responsible for executing and enhancing data quality frameworks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing controls to maintain data integrity from across financial systems and reporting platforms.

You will be working closely with leaders and cross-functional teams, you will support data governance initiatives, develop quality metrics and analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement of data management practices. You will also support daily operations to ensure business continuity and timely resolution of data-related issues.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Management, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science or relevant field or experience
• Able to work with several functional managers or stakeholders and is able to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization (verbally and in writing)
• With some experience in system administration, with at least 1 year in finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of proven experience in data quality assurance
• Proven experience and skills in a database platform preferably SQL
• Has experience working with relational database and able to translate organizational structure into the system
• Proven experience in data analysis, Excel and VBA/Macro
• The role requires an on-site presence and involves regular collaboration with global teams across various time zones. Occasional travel may be necessary to support global initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
• This position is eligible for Hybrid-Work based on GFS Manila Hybrid Work Position and Implementing Rules.
• The candidate/incumbent must have the motor skills and physical abilities to necessary to perform the work at a computer and in an office environment. The role is primarily office or desk-based and requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods. The candidate must be able to move within the office to attend meetings and collaborate with team members. The role may involve occasional travel, requiring the ability to navigate various environments and manage physical demands associated with business travel.
