Quality Control Supervisor - Food Services Facility - Manila

Job Summary

Supervises quality control processes from receiving to packaging. Ensures product traceability, regulatory compliance, and accurate nutritional labeling and analysis

• Ensures traceability of all ingredients and finished goods for product recalls and audits
• Implements and monitors quality control procedures during raw material receiving, dispatch, production, and packaging

• Develops and reviews product formulations to meet nutritional standards, calorie count, nutrition facts, and target health claims (e.g., low-carb, sugar-free, high-protein)
• Ensures all products meet regulatory requirements for nutrition labeling and content claims
• Conducts nutritional analysis of new and existing products

1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in quality control or food manufacturing
3. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, nutrition labeling, and regulatory compliance.
4. Experience with product traceability systems, recalls, and audits
5. Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
