Job Description:
The Vice President for Legal, Regulatory and Compliance is responsible for ensuring the Company’s full compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements while protecting the organization’s interests and supporting business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Law degree
- Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing
- Extensive experience in contract drafting/review, legal research, and compliance
- Exposure to banking, corporate/project finance, merger and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, insurance, and immigration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High integrity, sound judgment, adaptability, and service-oriented mindset
