What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
Providing product and service information to customers
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the business solutions or IT services industry
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Fluency in English and the local language (Cebuano)
