BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Develop and implement growth strategies for loan and financing offerings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on banking and financing industry trends and opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Provide product support and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Train sales professionals and partners in related industries, e.g. real estate brokers or construction machinery distributors, regarding the company's services.
• Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.
• Endorse loan applications for approval by management.

• Proven business development experience in financial services or banking (Minimum 3 years) or in general banking role (5 years).
• Strong understanding of loan and financing products and financial markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in managing sales or marketing teams.
• Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
• Educational background in business, marketing, or finance.
