Business Operations Officer

Responsible for optimizing operations, managing complex projects, and ensuring the effective execution of strategic objectives throughout the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
- Act as secretariat during project planning, scoping, and execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and priorities are upheld.
- Track project progress, address risks proactively, and escalate issues to the project owner and shared service leadership as needed.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and accountability by facilitating communication between departments.
- Support the leadership team by preparing meeting materials, analyzing key data, and aiding decision-making.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance organizational processes, systems, and methods.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic planning roles
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and initiatives
