What you'll do:

• Lead the execution of Food, Safety, and Cleanliness programs to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service for both Dine-In and Take-Home guests.
• Support sales growth initiatives through customer engagement, local store marketing activities, and relationship-building with institutional accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, manage costs, and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Assist in workforce management activities, including manpower planning, team scheduling, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure timely completion of administrative requirements such as store reports, government permits, and safety programs.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership potential and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
