About the Role

Uni-Vanguard Insurance Agency Inc. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. This role will manage both the Sales Team and Operations Support Team, ensuring operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and the achievement of company goals.

• Lead and supervise the Sales Team and Operations Support Team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of operational KPIs.
• Improve workflows and implement process enhancements.
• Coordinate with HR and Management on staffing, policies, and employee concerns.
• Oversee policy issuance, claims processing, renewals, and customer service activities.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and team meetings.
• Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and teamwork.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the insurance, automotive, or service industries.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Familiarity with non-life insurance processes is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational tracking tools.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
