JOB PURPOSE:
The Branch Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the branch and its employees including sales, credit investigation, collection, after-sales service, and administrative functions. This involves leading a team, driving sales targets, ensuring efficient credit and collection processes, and overseeing administrative
operations to support overall branch performance. The main objective of the branch manager is to deliver theset sales and collection target of the branch.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
Oversee branch performance, personnel management, policy compliance, and administrative tasks.
Implement compliance with opening and closing memos and company policies. Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and work schedules, taking appropriate action as needed.

Conduct regular meetings, and performance reviews, and recommend training and development
opportunities.
Oversee disciplinary actions and facilitate discussion of memorandums to ensure understanding andcompliance.
- SALES AND MARKETING:
Propose monthly marketing activities to boost inquiries and sales.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjuststrategies accordingly.
- CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGEMENT:
Monitor accounts and review collection strategies to achieve targets.
Collaborate with collection officers on payment issues, verify itineraries and allowances, andensure maintenance schedules are followed.
- ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Implement and enforce administrative processes, including inventory management, registration, record keeping, and reporting.
Coordinate warranty claims, service appointments, and repairs for prompt customer issueresolution.
Act as a reliever in the absence of subordinates to ensure efficient task completion.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of any 4 years course.
- With experience as Supervisor or Manager.
- Strong Leadership and management skills.
- Good communication skills, sales oriented, and people person.
