We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Virtual Assistant (Experienced Level) to support an employment-based and family-based immigration law practice. The role mainly involves monitoring email communications, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring important client concerns are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities: Monitor the attorney’s and paralegal’s email inboxes daily

Identify emails that require follow-up or urgent attention
Track unanswered or pending emails and maintain a simple monitoring log
Provide status updates and summaries of important communications
Coordinate with the attorney and paralegal regarding time-sensitive matters
Assist with client communication in a professional and confidential manner
Translate during appointments for Spanish-speaking clients when needed

Maintain confidentiality of client information and legal documents

Qualifications: Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a legal/admin setting preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to manage confidential information professionally
Familiarity with legal terminology is a plus
Proficient in Outlook and email management tools

Spanish-speaking skills are an advantage

Schedule: Part-time role with flexible hours

Must be available to check emails at least twice daily or multiple times as needed
