• 3+ years of experience in QA automation and software testing
• Strong experience in regression and functional testing within enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar tools
• Ability to design and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of when to apply automation versus manual testing
• Experience across enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms, or data lakes
• Experience with API testing is an advantage
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation is an advantage
• Experience with version control systems such as Git is an advantage
• Exposure to distributed or global teams is an advantage
• ISTQB certification or similar QA qualification is an advantage

• Work closely with Agile teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders
• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure product quality
• Execute regression, functional, and integration testing during system upgrades and releases
• Focus heavily on regression testing to ensure system stability during releases and enhancements
• Identify automation opportunities and determine what should be automated versus manually tested
• Contribute to defining test coverage strategies across systems and integrations
• Support test planning and ensure proper quality coverage
• Collaborate with global teams to identify issues, gaps, and quality risks
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and testing approaches
• Provide input on product quality risks and recommend practical improvements
