GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Molding: Knowledge of different mold materials (e.g., wax, plastic) and techniques for creating and preparing molds for electroforming.
Metal Deposition: Understanding how to control the thickness and quality of the deposited metal layer, as well as the factors that influence the electroforming process.
Post-Processing: Familiarity with techniques like polishing, plating, and adding decorative elements to the electroformed piece.
Quality Control: Ability to visually inspect and assess the quality of the electroformed pieces, identifying defects and ensuring they meet the required standards.
Troubleshooting: Skills in identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the electroforming process.
Safety Procedures: Knowledge of safety protocols for handling chemicals, operating equipment, and working in the electroforming environment.
Material Handling: Proficiency in handling various materials used in electroforming, including molds, metals, and chemicals.
Equipment Operation: Ability to operate and maintain the equipment used in the electroforming process, such as the electroforming tank, power supply, and other relevant tools.
Basic Jewelry Making: Understanding of basic jewelry design and construction principles, as it relates to the electroforming process.

- Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the electroforming equipment and processes to produce high-quality jewelry pieces.
- Ensure that the electroforming process adheres to quality and safety standards while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field
Related Work Experience:- 5-10 years of work experience handling operations and/or electroforming process
- Experience in manufacturing industry and/or jewelry processing is an advantage
