Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, and related disciplines.
• Develop and update course materials aligned with current hospitality industry trends, service standards, and academic best practices.
• Conduct research and scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals, conferences, or hospitality industry reports.
• Supervise student theses, capstone projects, and applied research initiatives in hospitality and service management.
• Participate in curriculum development, accreditation preparation, and program assessment.
• Engage in industry partnerships, internship programs, and community or tourism outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs, research output, and institutional excellence in hospitality education.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or a closely related field
• Proven research track record with publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals or academic conferences
• Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Operations and Service Management, Hospitality Marketing and Customer Experience, and Sustainable Hospitality Practices
• Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student mentorship
• Available to start in the upcoming Academic Year 2026–2027
