1. Proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician or Maintenance Technician in the mining industry, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
2. Strong technical skills in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, haul trucks, and other mining machinery
3. Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system problems
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address equipment issues efficiently
5. Ability to work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure a safe and productive work environment
6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and job requirements
7. Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
