• Plan and execute photoshoots for marketing, corporate, and promotional use
• Direct models, talents, and subjects on poses, expressions, and movement
• Capture high-quality images with proper lighting, angles, and composition
• Edit, retouch, and enhance photos to meet brand standards
• Organize and manage photo assets systematically

• Design posters, flyers, brochures, social media content, and digital assets
• Guide shot composition, styling, and overall visual storytelling
• Ensure all outputs follow Japanese brand guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with management to align creative direction
• Prepare layouts for print and digital production
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

• Strong photography skills
