Equipment maintenance supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and machinery in the motorpool.
• Responsible for directing and participating in the repair and preventive maintenance of automotive and related equipment.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling of equipment repair and parts requirement preparation.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment.
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments of equipment performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Coordinating with other departments or external partners for repairs or maintenance that cannot be performed in-house.
• Creating and maintaining equipment records, including maintenance logs, repair history, and warranties.
• Training new maintenance technicians on proper equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
• Prepare report on the finished/completed mechanical works on the equipment and provide the same to the management.

Qualifications:

• Registered Mechanical Engineer
• With at least 2-3 years of related work experience in the similar position
• With experience in maintenance and repair of light and heavy equipment
• Good reporting and presentation skills.
