Director, Human Resource (1 Vacancy)

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR policies and processes developed by Group HR, providing input on in-country differences, especially as required by local labor laws;
  • Ensure the implementation of HR systems and processes in the NTC to ensure standardization;
  • Contribute to the development and achievement of the NTC’s business plans and strategies;
  • Identify organizational competence and human capital requirements to support achievement of the NTC’s business objectives; and
  • Implement the Group’s culture, engagement, perform and development programs to ensure long-term sustainable organizational growth.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
  • With at least 10 years' of experience and expertise in Human Resources practice;
  • Shall poses 3 years' of experience in a Managerial role;
  • Poses an extensive record of trainings for HR management and Policy Making
  • Experience in the Telecommunications Industry would be advantageous
