Technical Operator

1. To work following the production schedule prepared by line supervisor/manager
2. Prepare production equipment for the operation by making equipment set up and adjustment
3. Follow standards procedures in the preparation of materials or products
4. Report any unusual observations to the immediate superior to make necessary adjustments depending on the situation.
5. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment
6. Documents production process by completing production logs and daily monitoring needs
7. Perform other duties as may be required for the continuity and effectiveness of production operation

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• The candidate must be at college level/a Bachelor Graduate/Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience as Technical Operator in the food manufacturing; set up is a clear advantage
• Preferably with troubleshooting/repair and Operation skills.
• With Technician background is an advantage
• Mechanically inclined
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal, written and basic English comprehension.

• Good teamwork and able to communicate well.
• Able to work rotate shift
