A Fraud Analyst is responsible for detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activities to protect the company and its clients. This role involves analyzing transaction data, identifying suspicious patterns, and taking action to mitigate risk.
The analyst will use a strong investigative mindset and excellent problem-solving skills to help secure our systems and maintain trust.
Work setup: Onsite - Taguig
Qualifications- Must have completed at least the second year of a college degree and be able to provide proof of education (e.g., Transcript of Records or a diploma).
- One (1) year of BPO experience in financial services is preferred, but a minimum of six (6) months of BPO experience is acceptable.
- Experience with cryptocurrency, specifically platforms like Binance and Bitcoin, is a plus.
- Must be willing to work on-site.
