Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations such as planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting practices, financial stability, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in revenue auditing, cash flow management, and compliance with a strategic mindset to support business growth and efficiency.

• Manage accounting operations, including revenue audits, cash handling, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards, legal regulations and internal controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Implement and maintain internal audit procedures to monitor financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial objectives and operational efficiency.
• Monitor tax obligations and prepare reports for regulatory agencies.
• Supervise accounting staff, providing training and guidance on best practices.
• Assess financial risks and propose strategies for financial efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting, audits, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Excel)
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
