Industrial Engineer

This is a full-time position.

• Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
• Design, implement, and optimise workflow systems and production processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges
• Conduct time and motion studies, process mapping, and other industrial engineering techniques to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficient in using industrial engineering tools and techniques, such as process improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, production processes, and quality control methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
