Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen work areas, tools, and equipment

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances promptly and thoroughly

Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and areas are sanitized regularly

Support cooks and kitchen staff during meal service, especially in busy periods

Follow all food safety and hygiene practices

Replenish supplies in food prep and service areas as needed

Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Supervisor

Qualifications/Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
