Maintenance Shift Supervisor (Electrical and/or Mechanical)

About the role

Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation /Multiplast Corporation' is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Shift Supervisor (Electrical and/or Mechanical) to join our team in Bulacan Central Luzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

• Supervising and coordinating the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to maximise equipment uptime and reliability
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and/or mechanical issues to minimise downtime
• Monitoring and analysing maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
• Providing training and guidance to maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with production and engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and compiling reports for management

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Shift Supervisor or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Experience in packaging, plastics manufacturing, or continuous production environments preferred
• Strong technical expertise in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, with in-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective preventive maintenance programs
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
• Valid electrical licence or mechanical trade certification; PMP or maintenance management certification preferred
