Role: Sales/Admin Assistant
Work Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Pampanga/Cebu/Davao

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales documentation and ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales administration or support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with sales forecasting and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Relevant certification in sales or administration

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

Experience with Vault and Property Tree Software
