About the role
JUNE is a neighborhood eatery, bistro and natural wine bar set in the heart of BGC. Cuisine is Western with touches of Nordic, Modern New Zealand, and French-Italian influences.
Liberta Group Inc is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef / Baker to join our team in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, breads and other baked goods to delight our customers.
What you'll be doing- Crafting a variety of high-quality pastries, breads, cakes and other baked goods following Liberta Group's recipes and quality standards
- Ensuring all baked items are presented beautifully and meet our strict quality control measures
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new and innovative pastry and baked good offerings
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient work environment in the bakery
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and answering any questions customers may have about our baked goods
- 3-5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce consistently high-quality baked goods
- Creativity and a passion for designing and developing new pastry and baked good recipes
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry or related field
