Finance & Accounting Trainer (PTP/RTR/OTC) | Instructor Senior Analyst

This Finance & Accounting Trainer (PTP/RTR/OTC) | Instructor Senior Analyst role will be under the AI Capability Development (AI Cap Dev) Manila Team, with the following details upon joining:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting in Conducting Needs Assessment
• Supporting alignment of business needs with training solutions
• Contributing to the design and development of training solutions
• Assisting in the coordination and delivery of trainings
• Assisting in data collection and analysis of training results
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Delivery Team, Mobilization, Operations, and other teams to ensure proper and smooth trainings are being delivered

Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of F&A experience (PTP, RTR, or OTC)
• Individual Contributor role
• Preferred (but not required):

• 100% Return to Office (RTO)
