What is your mission?
  • Oversee and manage TDCX’s Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program in coordination with the OSH Committee.
  • Monitor, inspect, and ensure workplace safety, equipment compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Conduct risk assessments (HIRAC) and implement corrective or preventive actions.
  • Lead safety training, drills, and emergency preparedness activities; serve as a member of the Disaster and Emergency Control Team (DECT).
  • Assist government inspectors and report incidents to DOLE within required timelines.
  • Maintain OSH Committee records and submit meeting minutes as required.
  • Develop and implement OHS policies, programs, and safe work procedures.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and address unsafe conditions proactively.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management within the scope of the role.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in clerical or administrative support, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Safety Officer 3, with a valid appointment letter from previous employer.
  • Completion of 80 hours mandatory trainings, 40 hours advanced trainings, and 320 hours OSH-related training (certificates required).
  • Front-desk experience in a BPO is an advantage.
  • BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.
