A Store Supervisor oversees daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards. The role includes supervising staff, supporting and coaching the team, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, and ensuring the store is well-organized and compliant with company policies.They also assist in driving sales performance and creating a positive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least college level or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in retail or supervisory role is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service–oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of inventory and store operations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
