Sales Executive
Diamond Interior is looking for a driven and client-focused Sales Executive who will help generate sales, build client relationships, and support business growth.
This role focuses on client acquisition, sales presentations, account handling, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals. The Sales Executive will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, proper coordination, and successful project or product transactions.
Responsibilities- Identify and approach potential clients through leads, referrals, walk-ins, online inquiries, and other sales channels.
- Present company products and services professionally to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales coordination.
- Assist in negotiating terms, closing sales, and securing client approval.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, project updates, delivery, and client concerns.
- Monitor sales leads, client accounts, and pending transactions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain proper documentation of client communications, proposals, and sales activities.
- Provide after-sales support and assist in resolving client concerns.
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
- With experience in sales, business development, account management, or client relations is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in handling clients and closing transactions.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple client accounts.
- Willing to do fieldwork, client visits, or showroom-based sales when needed.
- Background in furniture, construction materials, interior products, real estate, retail, or project-based sales is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up and client management skills.
- Can prepare sales reports, client updates, and basic proposals.
- Professional, persuasive, and customer-service oriented.
