AWS Cloud Voice Engineer

We are seeking AWS Voice professionals to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based voice and contact center solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Candidates will work on integration, automation, and architecture of enterprise-grade communication systems.
Key Responsibilites:
- Build, configure, and support AWS-based voice/contact center solutions
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud architectures
- Integrate AWS with external systems (CRM, APIs, telephony platforms)
- Support deployment pipelines and production releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Define architecture standards
- Lead technical design and cloud strategy
Core Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, IAM)
- Experience with API integration and system connectivity
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Amazon Connect
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with automation/orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience in enterprise system integration (CRM, telephony, middleware)
