The Law360 Account manager will be responsible in managing standalone Law360 accounts assigned to him/her under the Law360 Book of Business and 1) retain the customer base by renewing their annual subscription aligned with business strategies and to 2) to grow the existing customer portfolio by actively hunting opportunities within the existing customer base and identifying sales opportunities and increasing segment value.

Accountabilities- Manage an existing book of business consisting of standalone, Law360-only accounts (i.e., in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)
- Meet Law360 Retention Team Objectives including but not limited to the following:
- Retention activities through working in advance
- Generate Upsell (POS) opportunities and convert forecasted pipeline to sales
- Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points; including conduction of account usage review, firm website review, and other pre-call tasks
- Drive conversations based on mutual understanding with subscriber needs and addressed with value-led proposals
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to extend positive customer experience involving addressing billing issues, user/access issues, etc.
- And other sales task to be assigned
Qualifications, Interests & General Skills Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in college (no back subjects/incomplete units)
- 2+ years of relevant B2B subscription-based renewals experience (Ideal)
- Experience delivering against a monthly, quarterly and annual quota target
- Ability to articulate a proven account renewal sales process
- Ability to communicate with management and a broad range of clients
- Superior communication skills (Interpersonal, written, verbal)
- Must be willing to support international market (nightshift)
