Procurement Engineer (Electrical Engineer) - Quezon City

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our Purchasing Team in Libis, Quezon City with a strong background in electrical engineering to manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate is a Registered Electrical Engineer who can effectively assess technical specifications, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-efficient procurement aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure electrical materials, equipment, and services.
• Analyze technical specifications and ensure purchased items meet project standards and requirements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and documentation for procurement activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new technologies in electrical materials and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
