This is a great opportunity for an accounts professional with strong attention to detail and a focus on Accounts Receivable (AR).

Your Key Responsibilities – with a focus on AR:

Accounts Receivable (AR) Tasks:

  • Record customer deposits into the ERP system (NetSuite)
  • Generate and issue sales orders and invoices accurately and promptly
  • Reconcile customer statements by the 1st working day of each month
  • Follow up on outstanding customer payments, ensuring adherence to agreed payment terms
  • Release and monitor customer retentions and related bank guarantees
  • Support the finance manager in tracking actual sales vs projections
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by managing collections processes professionally

Other Finance & Admin Tasks:

  • Reconcile core ledgers: cash, purchases, sales, inventory
  • Process new customer account applications
  • Assist with finance reporting and continuous process improvements
  • Support the Projects team with equipment asset setup and warranty documentation

Qualifications:

  • Degree or studies in Accounting (Bachelor of Commerce preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance role, ideally in a $10M+ turnover business
  • Solid experience in Accounts Receivable processes
  • Proficient in NetSuite ERP (essential)
  • Understanding of GST and basic tax/accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to deadlines
  • Willingness to work to Australian Working Hours
  • Willingness to work or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga Office
