About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Crowdsourcing Operations Leader to design, optimize, and scale global operational programs supporting AI data, digital services, and enterprise clients. The role will drive operational excellence, process automation, stakeholder alignment, and scalable delivery models to support business growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead global operations, solutions, or qualification programs across multiple regions.
- Design and implement scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and process improvements.
- Drive automation initiatives and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams to support commercial and operational objectives.
- Develop workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and resource optimization strategies.
- Build performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting.
- Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Lead transformation projects, system implementations, and ATS/workflow enhancements.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery readiness across programs.
- 8+ years of experience in operations management, program management, sourcing/recruitment operations, or business transformation.
- Proven success leading global teams and large-scale operational programs.
- Strong background in process optimization, automation, and change management.
- Experience working with enterprise, hyperscaler, AI, or digital service environments.
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
