Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Designer | Marketing Associate based in Quezon City. The role combines design and marketing functions, focusing on creating architectural concepts and visual presentations while supporting the company’s marketing initiatives.The individual will be responsible for preparing design layouts, basic renderings, and project visuals, as well as assisting in branding, campaign development, and promotional materials.
The role also involves collaborating with engineering, project, and sales teams to ensure alignment of design outputs with client requirements and business objectives. In addition, the position includes managing and updating social media platforms, producing creative content, and utilizing AI tools to enhance both design efficiency and marketing performance.The individual will support efforts to strengthen brand identity, improve client engagement, and expand market presence.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Architectural Design and Visualization, including layout planning and basic 3D rendering
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design for marketing materials (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Experience in Marketing Support, including content creation and campaign execution
- Familiarity with managing and updating social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to integrate design concepts into marketing materials and presentations
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, content creation, and productivity is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in construction, real estate, or energy-related industries is an advantage but not mandatory
