Vendor Management Executive

Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Previous work experience as a Vendor Manager or in the Logistics Freight Forwarding department

Familiar with FF operation, Manufacturing process operations & improvements, and business systems operation

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Good Communication skills, proactive, has initiative, and with wide network capacity

Job Duties:

Responsible for the Sourcing, Development and Accreditation of Reliable Industry Business Partners:

In-Land – Subcon Truckers with different types of fleets: MC, AUV, 4W, 6W , 10W, PM, etc.

Air Freight – Air Lines, Hubs, Bonded Warehouses & Freight Forwarders

Sea Freight – Shipping Lines, Mid-Last Miles Providers & Freight Forwarders

Agencies/Satellites/Warehouses (if needed) – on key cities and target countries

Warehousing – Realty/Warehouse Brokers, Suppliers: Racks, MHE, Pallets, other essentials and the like

Gather and consolidate the most competitive industry rates within respective streams of services, coupled with the shortest and reliable Lead time, suitable to support the business growth and expansion of CJ PH Corporation.

Conduct regular Performance Management Review & Audit for In-land, Air-Freight and Sea-Freight Business

Partners together with respective Operations Head to balance the harmony between the supply side and demand side.

Comply, cascade & implement related local, government and regional policies, rules and regulations to all

Industry Business partners and allies to ensure a smooth flow.

Monitor and improve KPI/Dashboard performance on a Monthly Basis.

Perform other related function as may be directed by the management.
